Marketing Automation Manager (CRM)

Your new company With a long and extensive history my client are a charitable organisation involved in a number of community projects. Due to investment and the implementation of new technology, the newly created role of Marketing Automation Manager is available for applications. Your new role In order to increase both acquisition and member retention, you will be responsible for the development and operational management of owned Digital Marketing channels across the automated campaign lifecycle; Email, SMS, onsite advertising & Direct Mail etc. You will also lead on the successful integration of an Omnichannel Marketing Automation Platform with the new CRM system, splitting your time between Digital Marketing implementation (strategy, planning, testing & automation), CRM integration, and Insight & Data analysis support. Your role will be to work with departments across the business to improve the current digital marketing programmes with effective, targeted and automated campaigns. What you'll need to succeed This role demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project management skills, creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude that will enable you to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables. You will be familiar with leading the development of automated digital marketing programmes cross-channel (display, email, SMS etc.), and have experience with data analysis & insight to apply a test-and-learn approach (A/B & MVT) and provide campaign performance analysis. You will be strong in Excel and familiar with BI software, Photoshop, Google Analytics, ESP's/EMP's, as well as Automation platforms (dotdigital, marketo, hubspot) and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce etc.) What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 + benefits including 25 days holiday and study support.
