This is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty marketer looking to make their mark on an entrepreneurially-minded business.

To apply you MUST have recently worked for a beauty/ skincare/ haircare brand and will have managed NPD as well as brand and comms.

The role is UK based but working globally - especially with US market.

Strong distribution online so this person will ideally be familiar with e-commerce and have a strong digital background

Innovation/NPD within relevant categories - know the ins and outs of product testing, developing new formulas, negotiating with 3rd party suppliers. Product and packaging a must

Manage a small but capable and passionate team therefore need to be strategic yet hands on/ operational

To be considered you must have:

• Strong Leadership and huge amounts of gravitas.
• Huge drive and able to work autonomously, get projects off the ground and deliver them.
• Experience in blue chip businesses AND smaller, more entrepreneurial environments
