Performance Marketing Executive | Education Sector | Central London (Remote For Now) | £30k Per Annum Your New Company Hays are currently working in partnership with a fast-growing global business that operates within the Education sector to recruit a Performance Marketing Executive. You will be an integral part of the Performance Marketing team and will help to develop and shape the global strategy. You will be working among a team of passionate and ambitious individuals who will support you to develop your skills while also letting you work with an appropriate level of autonomy. Your New Role As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating high quality leads by managing the paid media campaigns. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Help execute paid media campaigns and ensure that they are meeting set targets * Ensure campaigns stay within set timescales and budgets * Consistently monitoring campaign performance and reporting back on effectiveness * Help the Performance Manager to develop paid search and paid social strategies * Developing relationship with the company's agency partners and ensure that campaigns are in line with the global performance strategy * Share paid search and paid social best practice and knowledge with other team members and the wider business * Understanding local markets to help advise on their performance marketing What You Need To Succeed To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following: * In-house experience * Hands of Paid Search and Paid Social experience * Display experience * Has worked on large accounts * Extremely strong performance marketing experience and understanding * Developing data led insights and strategies * Experience working with various international markets * 2+ years of experience in a similar role What You Will Get In Return Along with plenty of room for progression within your role, you will receive a salary of £30k per annum + benefits.
