Digital Content Coordinator

Great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Professional to join a growing business Digital Marketing Coordinator with Sharepoint experience Open to part time/ flexible working 3 months rolling contract £25-30,000 A leading financial services organisation based in Oxfordshire Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting and coordinating day to day marketing activities such as web design, content, video and webinars. As well as this your role will include assisting in the data administration using Sharepoint. Responsibilities: * Manage, maintain and improve the company website, including the secure Members' Areas, making timely edits to content (e.g. adding news feeds and producing engaging content). * Create digital content for online meetings and events, as well as marketing material and information/training videos. * Working with colleagues and external consultants, be responsible for the creation of a suitable new records management system using SharePoint, for the transfer of data into SharePoint and for supporting colleagues in using the new records management system effectively. * Be a digital champion for the company, offering guidance and technical support to colleagues where possible, to support our digital transformation. Personal Profile * Excellent IT skills (including use of Sharepoint Microsoft 365, video editing programmes, records/content management systems). * Ability to develop creative and engaging content for a variety of purposes and audiences. * Experience in managing websites and editing content for the web. * Have sound written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner and the confidence to deal effectively with a range of external contacts. * Experience in marketing within the financial services/insurance sector.
