Bid Writer role with a construction and facilities company based in South London. £35,000 - £50,000 Only apply if you have experience working for a construction or property company within a Bid Writing role Your new company We have partnered with an a busy facilities and property removals company specialising in niche building materials removals and installations focused on providing this valuable service to public sector properties and residential property within housing associations with London Your new role * You will lead the process from end to end with all bids that come into the company. * You will work alongside other stakeholders in the business to manage the process and write the documents * You will proof and edit the documents and have full autonomy for the entire writing process * You will be monitoring a junior bid writer as the role takes on further responsibility and the bid function grows * You will be fully independent and be able to lead the process while also taking direction and instruction from other stakeholder in the business What you'll need to succeed * You will ideally have a degree related to writing * You must come from a Bid Writing role previously or recently * You will come from a Bid Writing role within the wider property industry * You will be able to manage and organise you time efficiently to meet the tight deadlines that the tender process requires * You will ideally have 2 or more years of experience in a Bid Writing role What you'll get in return In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £50,000 + benefits What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
