Your new role You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer journeys and taking ownership of opportunities to improve the digital experience for prospective customers, stakeholders and external audiences. From the moment a user thinks of engaging with the organisation through their digital platforms - the ideal candidate will champion the user at every stage and create compelling digital experiences, which will support student recruitment targets and build on their global reputation. What you'll need to succeed You will be responsible for providing input and advice into direction for the development of digital marketing and contribute to the strategic development, vision and success of digital platforms. Experience of reviewing user experience across digital platforms and implementing strategies to grow and improve experience. A proven track record of reporting and utilising SEO, PPC and marketing analytics techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe, Marketing Cloud and editing large database driven CMS websites. The ability to provide leadership and effective management is also key in this role.
