Head of Demand Generation
Your new company We have partnered with a HR SaaS business who are entering an exciting phase of growth and now looking for a Head of Demand Generation to help take their growth to the next level. Your new role In this broad role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Demand Generation strategy for the business utilising techniques such as content marketing, online advertising, advertising, SEO, web, email and more. You will grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, building a high performing demand gen operation, you will select target clients and execute targeted account based marketing programmes as well as manage the marketing automation platform and establish data- driven practises to continually optimise performance across multiple paid channels. You will manage the budget and take responsibility for the marketing tech stack, keeping up to date with current marketing trends and best practise, implementing these within your strategy. This is a really exciting opportunity to make a huge impact in a high- growth technology business with an amazing product. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you have 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing and generation, ideally coming from a SaaS/Software background, targeting mid- market/ enterprise clients. You will have a proven track record of driving growth through multiple marketing channels with a data- driven mindset.
