Job Title: Group Head of Internal Communications Location: Reading Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + benefits including car, pension, life etc. Position: Full Time, Permanent This is a unique opportunity to join a successful, rapidly evolving business as Group Head of Internal Communications, partnering with Group Management Board stakeholders to design and deliver a strategic internal comms and cultural development agenda. Redde Northgate was formed in early 2020 following a successful merger bringing together a broad mix of market-leading operating companies, to become the UK's foremost integrated mobility solutions provider. Joining us in the early stages of our journey, as Group Head of Internal Communications, you will work closely with all members of the Group Management Board to interpret our strategy for colleagues, running campaigns and initiatives to engage them with the vision and with each other. A key deliverable in this post-merger environment will be to support the cultural integration of all our businesses and further bring together our 6,000 colleagues, creating a strong group culture which complements our established individual brand identities.
