Start date: Early Jan Organisation: Local Government Contract length: 3 months rolling Location: London Remote working Your new role For this role you will work closely with the communications team to ensure residents and stakeholders are aware of government changes throughout the coronavirus pandemic. This will include community engagement events, tracking and updating government guidance and liaising with partners. You will also be required to work with the community regarding housing regeneration projects and housing plans therefore someone with experience working on Local Government campaigns and projects will be essential. What you'll need to succeed * Experience working in Local Government and other complex organisations. * Previously worked on large public sector projects as a project manager or engagement manager. * Internal and external stakeholder engagement experience * Expertise in developing and delivering successful engagement strategies and plans * Ability to accurately summarise and convey complex information to a diverse audience * Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, consultants and local government politicians. * Self-starter with proactive attitude What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or contact me on the details below.
