The Digital Engagement team will play a large part in the future of the business, to understand customer needs and push the boundaries of how best to engage and retain clients and customer alike. Your new role You will be working with senior performance marketers & the Senior Analytics Manager to drive delivery of the Global Analytics & Insights strategy, work with various digital channels to analyse and report on key campaigns, help build a Global reporting programme to oversee seamless market intelligence from several analytical tools and overall become a figurehead for ensuring the Global business is data-driven and making informed digital marketing decisions through the rational use of data analysis. What you'll need to succeed * Digital Analytics & Insights background * Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Webmaster tools * Funnel.IO or equivalent (statify/finteza/whatagraph) * Power BI/Tableau or other visualisation tools * Tealium (bonus) * Javascript/HTML (bonus) * Glass box Digital/Full Story or equivalent * Knowledge of marketing and analytics technology, such as DMP/CDP/remarketing/programmatic * Experience with DoubleClick and AdWords * Ability to simplify the complex and translate into bite-size value across different stakeholder group.
