Senior Event Coordinator

Your new company Hays are currently working in partnership with a leading multi-national financial services corporation based in Canary Wharf to recruit a Senior Events Coordinator on a TEMP basis at £200/250 per Day for x2 6-15 month Contracts. Your new role In your new role as a Senior Events Coordinator you will deliver Medium - Large EMEA meetings, events conferences (proprietary and sponsored) and seminars. You will manage all components of project budgets up to £500 million, including the approval process and risk control. You will work to prescribed budgets, preparing pre-event and post-event costings and handling all logistics on all events (agenda, invitations, suppliers, travel, on-site management) and producing a creative yet cost effective solution for the client. What you'll need to succeed * You will have a minimum of 3+ years event experience within Financial Services. * You will have Managed and executed special events for a range of 200 - 500 attendees or complex high profile events. * You will also have an understanding of the events market and trends in EMEA region. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a day rate of £200/250 Per Day (dependent on experience) for x2 6-15 month contracts.
