ECommerce Analyst

Exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Analyst to join a well-known retailer in London Your new company One of the best-known retailers in London, this company have undergone a huge digital transformation in recent years to take customers to their thriving eCommerce business. Headquartered in Central London, they operate a home-based model during the COVID-19 epidemic. Your new role You will form a key part of the analytics team to provide support to help various teams make informed business decisions. On a day to day level you will need to provide regular KPI reports and business intelligence data for the eCommerce team, using a problem solving approach to provide insights about the commercial performance of the website. You will also work alongside the other analysts to build up confidence in data-driven eCommerce solutions. Finally, your day to day will be working alongside senior stakeholders to ensure reports are voiced amongst the wider business. Overall you will provide a hands-on service to the eCommerce team to ensure the platform is optimised correctly. What you'll need to succeed * Google Analytics (essential) * Google Data Studio (essential) * ContentSquare (preferred) * 1-3 years analytical experience * Retail/B2C experience preferred What you'll get in return A generous base salary plus a wide range of benefits and a flexible working model.
