Excellent opportunity for Digital-first Senior Graphic Designer to join fast growing EdTech business in London Your new company You will be working for a fast growing EdTech startup who have created a gamified learning app to allow students, parents and teachers to take more control over their learning programme. This business is at an extremely exciting stage of their growth - they are about to launch their first commercial product. They offer a bespoke, tailor-made learning experience which enables users to learn at their own pace via their App as well as live lessons, creating an inclusive learning experience. From their London-base office, they are leading the charge to become one of the the most sought-after pieces of education technology in the UK. Your new role You will be integral to the day-to-day operations of the business, having a direct impact on this small business as they continue to rapidly grow. You'll be working on projects spanning a wide range of disciplines, being exposed to design challenges across predominantly digital domains. You will: * Deliver ideas & concepts that combine a creative and strategic understanding * Think beyond the logo, providing well-rounded brand identities * Have an eye for detail, with solid craftsmanship and technical understanding * Be great at prioritising your workload * Articulate your ideas to the wider team with clarity and confidence * Support members of the team with all marketing related workstreams, working to elevate our customers experience across digital journeys. * Work with the Creative Team to concept, produce and deliver on a range of new, digital brand communications from multichannel campaigns to product launches. What you'll need to succeed * An online portfolio full of strong, conceptual ideas Start-up experience, or having working alongside small businesses * 4+ years of experience (preferably within brand and/or digitally led, creative agencies) * Knowledge of print and digital design best practices * Design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Framer, etc * Strong understanding of UX/UI practice - HTML/CSS knowledge * Experience within mobile, iOS, Android and other web platforms * Worked with developers and external tech teams Animation/Video production a huge plus * Awareness of current design trends and new ways of working * A flare for our fun, playful and family friendly aesthetic is a must * Line management experience a big plus What you'll get in return * Annual Salary up to £45k + Equity * 30 days annual holiday * Flexible working with the option to work from the vibrant London office or from home.
