Your New role You will be joining the UK based team as a QA Compliance Manager within the Global Product Quality Team to ensure the QA and regulatory compliance activities are up to standards. You will be responsible for implementing the quality systems and monitoring and reporting on performance. You will be responsible for resolving any GMP/GDP or regulatory compliance issues that arise. You will be reviewing and approving change controls, deviations, CAPA's, non-conformance's and creating quality risk assessments. You will be dealing with customer and distribution complaints, so experience within this will be advantageous. You will also be managing and hosting audits from third parties or regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for providing support for other functions in the business including training, vendor audits, providing support to the regulatory inspection & the quality control laboratory. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong QA experience within a life science industry with previous experience within a GMP/GDP discipline. You will have people management experience and Ideally, you will have CMO experience, complaint handling, and medical device and medicinal product quality systems. You will have a degree within Life Science or related field. Ideally, you will have the relevant qualifications, or 5+ years working experience in a similar role.
