Business Development Manager for large facilities management business. Your new company As a sister company this business takes a fresh approach to facilities management. Your new role As the Business Development Manager you will build the quotation pipeline and help to get those deals across the line. You will focus on lead generation and new acquisition for the whole end to end sales process. The role will be field based allowing you the opportunity to manage your own diary. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experience Business Development professional and must have experience within selling hard or soft facilities management services using a consultative approach. You will have strong negotiating sales skills and excellent relationship management. Ideally you will be from a B2B consultative sales environment, selling into the end client, management surveyors and asset/estate managers. Having a good work ethic, time management and positive attitude is essential. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary of up to £45000 including bonus and a company car.
