Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist
Your new company Your new company in the manufacturing sector are seeking an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to join their team in Liverpool on an FTC basis to cover a maternity leave position. Your new role In your new role you will be expected to develop and deliver the internal communications strategy, coordinating multiple channels and targeted across business functions. You will work closely with the HR team to lead on employee engagement strategy; identifying, driving and delivering engagement initiatives and events to employees across the business through online and offline channels. You will also be expected to manage, develop and promote the newly created intranet site as well as playing a lead role in supporting the company's CSR programme and charitable activities. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you must have prior proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement with exposure to project and event management. You will ideally have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment working across online and offline channels to engage across all employees. You will be a strategic thinker but with a hands on approach as this is a stand alone role. As such you will be a creative thinker who is proactive and organised and with the ability to adapt quickly.
