We are partnering with a marketing and advertising agency driven by a passion for music and social content. This agency is established within the music industry and are working with a wide range of labels, artists, DJs, promoters, and music brands to achieve their social media goals.

They are looking for a senior, multi-disciplined social media content designer / creative director to create amazing content and manage & build their creative team + studio. You would be joining an exciting, fast paced, growing company and get to work with some of the biggest dance music brands, DJs and festivals in the world.

Responsibilities
  • The creation of a variety of different social media content for their clients each week; including retouching, graphic design & animation
  • Overseeing the creative output of the entire company
  • Management of the other 2 members of the creative team, helping them progress as creatives and within their roles at the agency
  • Ideation of social media content & campaigns for larger campaigns, treatments & pitches
  • To help the co-founders build the studio offering of the agency, leveraging into music videos, photo shoots and long-form animation
  • Lead the agency in creative output; helping to define the trends and skills the company should be developing & implementing within their content
  • Refine & implement your own processes to improve the creative output of the agency


The ideal candidate
  • 5+ years of experience working as a designer & creative director inside the social media & music industry spaces
  • A passion for music & working within the music industry
  • Someone who lives & breathes creative & social media content, with a wide range of skillsets that allow you to create a variety of social media content
  • A great portfolio showcasing a wide variety of visual social media content & campaigns
  • A great understanding of core social media platforms & their features (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
  • A fantastic art director
  • Fully sufficient with the full Adobe suite of apps (inc. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) * Experience in working with photographers, videographers, directors, and wider production teams
  • Experience managing & training creatives
  • Extremely process orientated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
