Senior Operations Manager/Head of Marketing Operations.
An international management consulting firm focused on procurement and supply chain transformations and experiencing an exciting stage of growth and development now requires a Senior Operations Manager or Head of Marketing Operations. The firm's Business Development and Marketing team currently require an experienced Marketing Operations expert who understands how to design and implement a global strategy that utilises marketing tools for lead generation. Working very closely with the BD team and senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will understand how to design and implement a marketing strategy that utilises data to drive leads and generate revenue. This is a new role and represents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to shape and steer the Marketing team of this global function. It is essential this new joiner has experience across the traditional marketing mix but with particular experience of digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools to distribute content to the firm's target audience to drive opportunities and revenue. The main responsibilities of the Senior Operations Manager or Head of Marketing Operations will include implementing innovative solutions to improve marketing and sales effectiveness and drive additional revenue and profit; designing and monitoring KPIs and reporting for the team and wider business based on revenue delivered and influenced by BD and marketing activities; developing and designing campaigns to support messaging in the market; ensuring digital campaigns are tracked and adapted to get best ROI; and managing costs and activities to budget. You will need to be a graduate with a proven B2B track record in a high-growth, global technology or services firm to include experience successfully managing and leading a global team. The Senior Operations Manager or Head of Marketing Operations will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to influence, articulate change management of a function for all audiences and will also enjoy working collaboratively.
