Client Details

Our client is a well-known and rapidly growing consumer business with a strong retail and trade offering. As their growth continues apace, they are looking to add a consumer focussed Marketing Manager to the team to help them push on to the next level.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in the business' major route to market. You will own, create and lead the development of the retail marketing calendar, and will deliver through yourself and the wider marketing team. You'll interface with the Category team on product development and launches as well as tieing in closely with the Trade division to ensure brand messaging remains consistent. You will also become an expert in your field and be able to spot opportunity for commercial gain in a dynamic marketplace. The Retail Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Insights and CRM teams in order to ensure best in class, engaging, relevant and targeted campaign communications are delivered, and at all times ensure that customer experience is paramount.


The successful Retail Marketing Manager will: - have a B2C background and fuill knowledge of the marketing mix - be adept in brand, product, digital, comms, content, CRM - be able to work with multiple touchpoints and stakeholders (internal & external) - ideally have worked in a retail business that has an ecommerce offering - be analytical and confortable with using data to provide commercial insight
