This role is all about providing a 'bespoke' experience for customers. The CRM Segmentation Marketing Manager will be able to isolate and segment the consumer market, and provide solutions to increase user experience, customer journey and purchasing. This role is based in South West London and requests achievements in 'personalisation' and the optimisation of the 'consumer journey.'

The successful CRM Segmentation Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities; * Mapping out the existing experience for both preferred customers and prospective customers; and understanding the threats and competition in these areas. * Making recommendations to improve the roadmap, working cross-functionally to drive personalisation and performance. * Pushing for further performance across multi-channel communications; SMS, Mobile Apps, etc * Making recommendations to optimise existing systems and improve engagement rates.


The successful CRM Segmentation Marketing Manager will have experience which is committed to segmentation, user experience, user journey, personalisation and bespoke messaging.... * Ability to deliver loyalty marketing and membership programs from concept to launch * Able to drive impact across cross-functional teams, working on complex problems * Demonstrable experience in a hands-on CRM and digital transformation role! * An understanding of user experience, journey roadmapping * Experience deriving and leveraging consumer insights and data to better target lifecycle initiatives * A passion for health, wellness and sport; preferring applicants from consumer industries (e.g. FMCG / Leisure Travel / Membership)
