This CRM Executive role will support the Group CRM Lead across both campaign and project management. Primarily this will involve evaluation and analysis in order to enhance the overall CRM marketing efficiency.

Description

The role of CRM Executive for this leading UK company will include: * Ensuring the implementation campaigns across the designated region. * Building creative content on Salesforce Content Builder. * Creating personalised journeys for segments on Salesforce Journey Builder. * Adaptation of already tested programmes to other aspects of the designated region. * Monitoring campaigns and reporting to key stakeholders. * Utilise analysis to make changes and alterations in future decision making. * Work closely with wider regional and central marketing team. * Ensure accurate execution maintaining an alignment to overall CRM strategy. Closely following briefings to maintain a high quality: * Journey and content design * Segmentation * Deployment scheduling

Profile

The ideal candidate for the CRM Executive will include the following: * Previous experience with Salesforce (Journey Builder + Content Builder) *Salesforce will be highly advantageous however will consider alternative platforms * Previous experience in a customer centric CRM role. * Understanding of data segmentation using analytical tools. * Data savvy with an analytical mindset. * The ability manage stakeholders. * Willing to roll up sleeves and start building campaigns from the get go. * Confident and willing to learn. * Highly organised.
