An award-winning boutique interior design consultancy who provide interior services for property developers and the hospitality industry, are looking for an all-round midweight interior designer to join their close-knit team in South London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on specific projects and co-ordinating directly with the client to make sure project is completed on budget and to deadline
  • Deal directly with clients, including attending and running client meetings and presentations
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Reporting progress and providing project updates to Directors
  • Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients and helping set project schedules
  • Space planning of marketing suites, concierges and communal areas
  • Research, create, prepare and present concepts and mood boards
  • Sourcing and specifying materials and products according to set budgets
  • Work closely with the client in-house team and subcontractors to include; quantity surveyors, contractors, architects and marketing personnel to complete projects successfully
  • Prepare required technical drawings - plans, elevations, details
  • Create SketchUp models
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent time management

  • Fluent on AutoCAD
  • Fluent on SketchUp
  • Fluent on Adobe Suite, in particular Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good technical and detailing skills
  • Proactive
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
