The Marketing Manager will manage the entire marketing process by communicating with existing customers on products and services as well as researching and defining new customers that fit with the goals and objectives of the business.

My client is an innovative B2B tech company currently experiencing exponential growth. This is a very exciting time for the business and through growth, a newly developed Marketing Manager position is now available.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following tasks: * Creation and management of the overall marketing plan. * Creative innovative marketing campaigns that ensure the correct positioning of new products and services. * Establish and manage all marketing materials including artwork, literature, photographs, previous campaigns, etc. * Manage the marketing budget, ensuring appropriate procurement compliance. * Operate and manage the existing CRM system. * Conduct market and competitor analysis. * Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all departments are kept informed of marketing objectives and achievements. * Manage all activities to support the promotional calender to stimulate the market and product collateral that will enhance activity. * Manage email marketing campaigns, templates and content. * Manage social media and website activity.


The successful candidate will have the following experience and skill set: * Degree qualified within Marketing / Business Studies, and or experience working within a similar role. * B2B Marketing * Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously * Experience within the Tech industry preferred * Experience in both online and offline marketing

Job Offer

The Marketing Manager role is paying between £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + other added benefits.
