Your new company Your new company is a is a Chartered Surveyors which provides consultancy services in property for Building Surveying, Cost Management, and Project Management, who are looking for a Bid Manager to join their growing London team. The company is serviced by excellent transport links and located in central London. Your new role As a Bid Manager, you will be planning, producing and delivering graphically rich, compelling and winning proposals. You will be responsible for the management of PQQ's and tenders, from receipt through to submission for different tender opportunities. You will contribute as well as co-ordinate and review material from the wider technical team. Compile and be the curator for the bid library information. Continue to improve bid collateral (bid answers, supporting documentation). What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this job, it is essential that you can demonstrate experience and success elsewhere. Tangible evidence of past bid wins in the construction industry and preferably in Building Consultancy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal at all levels from Director/Partner to technician to client. What you'll get in return You will be paid a salary up to £50,000-£60,000 with an excellent benefits package.
