Permanent Internal Communications Manager role based in Malmsebury. Your new role You will be a key part of internally communicating my clients strategy and ensuring that the company's people are up to date and engaged. You will help develop and execute the internal communications plan to inspire individuals. You will also project manage large events and campaigns from start to finish, control budgets, and have line management of a team to deliver to deadlines. You will support the team to constantly implement new channels of communication. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will be the key to your success. you will have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal as well as organisation and planning. You will be able to hit the ground running and be eager to learn whilst having a strong sense of humour and a laugh along the way. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of employee engagement campaigns in a large fast based environment. Your strong leadership skills will help define the campaigns future success.
