The new role of Head of Performance Marketing will be a catalyst for the next stage of our client's growth building on the market leading success of today, providing a platform for future partnership and growth. Key requirements: Deliver best in class Digital Performance Marketing through connecting and applying data, technology and insight to create and deliver more effective customer experiences that drive immediate, transparent results back to our client partners' business. Lead and create the environment for best in class day to day implementation of digital marketing plans across all clients Drive the agency's digital marketing strategy overseeing long-term customer acquisition planning High level client leadership and input into pitching for relevant new client opportunities. Identify and develop a team of outstanding specialists that build confidence, drive operational excellence and collaborate naturally to gain client trust. Build relationships across the organisation as a thought-leader to drive performance marketing improvement further building trust and unlocking growth. Responsible for the development of best practice approaches to the effective and consistent delivery of paid media strategy supporting client partners' business acquisition and retention strategies to achieve all audience and revenue objectives that support consumer engagement, retail and e-commerce. Develop award winning PPC and Display propositions and products, driven by talent that continues to advance us as a digital centre of excellence that attracts new partners and rewards existing. Ensure we further develop our position as a leading operation for Paid Social activity, thought structure, talent and innovation. Identifying, developing and accelerating digital channels that are currently not delivered by our clients or are significantly under exploited. Work in collaboration with the Digital content team to deliver effective, dynamic marketing assets that are created and optimised based on performance marketing learning's and ensuring a seamlessly integrated social proposition encompassing both paid and organic. Ensure that all key Media Owner Partnerships deliver actionable insight and opportunities appropriate channels and clients. Provide consistent high-level support of Apollo and all other digital and traditional media applications that support our clients. Contribute to the defining of enhancements and fixes to existing or future our clients applications, from a usage perspective. . Champions the existing our clients Apollo toolkit of planning, buying optimization and post campaign attribution and analysis tools. Working in collaboration with the Apollo customer insights team to form and meet client customer KPI targets by driving acquisition and retention of customers through the purchase lifecycle Leadership qualities and behaviours: Strong ability to quickly develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, external suppliers and clients Commercial acumen and confidence Good with figures and proven track record of management of end to end contract negotiation process A self-starter with lots of initiative, motivation and a drive to succeed; ability to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve is crucial Team player able to collaborate and engage with colleagues Can handle pressure Please make sure that your full address and details are included in your application for this role.
