Commercial Operations Executive - Sales Function
Job Title: Commercial Operations Executive Location: London Salary: Competitive (negotiable) + benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday Due to rapid growth in the business, the Company are looking for an entry level team member to join the commercial team to support in delivering excellent processes across the sales function. * Be Passionate * Be Imaginative * Show Integrity Overall purpose of the role: * Supporting the Commercial Operations Manager in the running of commercial processes from lead enquiry to contract signing. * Ensuring accurate reporting is delivered on a weekly and ad-hoc basis that allows the business to make decisions. * Facilitating the delivery of outstanding pitches by the commercial and operational teams Main Duties: * Managing the CRM platform Hubspot * Delivering weekly reports from Hubspot * Continuous development of reporting and best practice through the platforms available * Pitch process management to include calendar management, team planning, pitch resource, strategy workshops and RFP delivery * Contract creation for new clients * Working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to continuously develop the commercial department process to ensure efficiency * Working closely with marketing and channel teams to gather pitch collateral and assess where pitches could be improved * Understanding the value of the Company for their clients and against competitors and ensuring this is communicated in all sales material * Creating and managing pitch collateral that is easily accessible by the global sales team Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Degree educated, preferably with an interest in digital marketing * Organisation and project management skills * Pro-activity and forward thinking * Ability to interpret data and provide digestible insights * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well * A growth mindset and ability to get stuck in and learn Company Benefits On completion of the three month probation period every employee is eligible for the following benefits: * 25 days holiday a year * Annual performance bonus * Sale commission * Recruitment referrals bonus * Gym membership contributions * Ride to Work scheme * Free fruit, breakfast cereals and tea & coffee * Childcare Voucher Scheme * Share options following six months of employment Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
