* Create and deliver product content, information and images that drive customer traffic, supporting conversion through all online channels. * Data analysis - Monitor ongoing performance, keeping accurate records, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement as necessary.

A leading UK automotive parts specialist with a broad portfolio of parts and services located in a large mass of centres and mobile fitting vans spread across the UK.


* Ownership of the product & category listings on our portfolio of websites including titles, descriptions, URLs, key features and photography. * Creation of engaging copy to help customers choose the right product for them. * Writing copy for product categories that is enhanced for SEO. * Ensuring product data is accurate and up to date. * Curation of product video content. * Maintaining a product image library. * Researching and copywriting product features to appear as blogs. Using gap analysis to highlight content opportunities. * Converting visitors into customers through enhancement of existing content and creation of new assets. * Assisting with the setup of product promotions, ensuring they are displayed correctly and effectively to optimise sales. * Improving the customer journey by evaluating navigation, abandoned baskets and order funnels. * Regular communication with manufacturers to ascertain product features and benefits plus upcoming product launches. * Monitor website traffic and performance on Google Analytics to identify improvements. * Data analysis - Monitor ongoing performance, keeping accurate records, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement as necessary. * Work closely with the customer services team to assist with product specific customer queries. * Gap analysis - identifying search terms that do not return results to highlight improvements to product information. * Look at cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the product range. * Travel across the UK when necessary to attend meetings, training and centre activities, as agreed with Manager. * Support company values.


* Degree or relevant marketing qualification. * Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Digital Content or similar role. * Proficient knowledge of appropriate Digital Marketing systems, software and tools. * Excellent copywriting skills * Strong understanding of online user experience. * Strong eye for detail. * Strong project management - self-sufficient in prioritising, organising workload, planning ahead and motivating others. * Flexible and able to adapt to the changing business environment and demands. * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within cross-functional teams. * Capable of working well in a fast paced retail environment. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. * Knowledge of Google Analytics desirable * Passion for Digital Marketing and the automotive industry. * Ability to travel within the UK (possess a valid driving licence).
