Marketing Operations Manager

The role is part of a marketing centre for excellence in a global business who are constantly striving for growth and innovation. You'll play a key role in these plans in a hybrid position where you will be putting strategies in place to measure and analyse content campaigns and make recommendations for future success. You'll also be involved in content creation across all channels including blogs, social media and video. With ambitious growth targets over the next 3 years, you'll be joining a rapidly expanding department in a new role. This is expected to evolve and grow with a strong focus on content marketing as a cornerstone of the acquisition and retention strategy. The working environment is growth-focused but the measures will be qualitative around content marketing. As such, you'll have the freedom of creativity without rushing volume out the door. Ideally, you'll love content and understand what makes an engaging content campaign. This role is with a technical business so experience in B2B would be beneficial.
