Communications Executive £30,000 per annum Central London, Shoreditch area An incredibly rapidly growing and successful cloud-based Fintech is seeking a Communications Executive, to report in to the Director of Communications and work closely alongside the bran team, internal and external communications team. You will play a critical role in supporting the design, development and delivery of internal communications, marketing strategies and campaigns, creating articles to educate and engage the target audience alongside external PR and communications agencies. Role responsibilities: * Creating and owning communications plans and schedules across a range of channels and platforms. * Managing and curating social media channels, mainly through LinkedIn. * Supporting HR in the creation of internal communications and executing internal employee events. * Developing relationships with key stakeholders, management team and subject matter experts, providing strategic advice on internal comms requirements, including external marketing campaign support. * Driving content generation, from news articles to press releases, website content, thought leadership and vlogs. * Acting as an ambassador for the company's brand identity and guidelines. * Supporting the brand's industry analyst relations efforts. * Managing relationships with external communications agencies. Requirements: * 3 years of PR and communications related experience, preferably in a fintech, financial services or SaaS environment. * Experience within a marketing and communications function is essential. * A very high quality of written English and proofreading skills with accuracy and attention to detail. * The ability to write crisp, clear copy to a specific brief. * Well-organised with project management skills. * Experience of working within a fast-paced team/company, whilst maintaining high quality written and communications standards. * Mature demeanour and the ability to process sensitive information. * A good understanding on a range of desktop productivity and publishing software. * Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
