The organisation

The company is a fantastic FMCG challenger brand that produce natural products across food and drink. They have really exciting growth plans in 2019/20 having gained recent listings in most of the UK supermarkets.

The Role

The role reports into the Head of Marketing with the following responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for the brand category, driving the decisions that impact growth
  • Manage the full brand budget of your category, monitoring and communicating spend
  • In-store promotional plans and promotional analysis
  • Developing brand partnerships
  • Implementation of NPD, trade promotions and POS drives
The Candidate

My client is looking for the following:
  • Someone at Senior brand or Brand manager level from an FMCG background
  • Demonstrable examples of driving agenda's through a business and holding key accountability
  • Collaborative in nature with excellent stakeholder manager skills
  • Happy to work on strategy but also get involved with end to end delivery
