The Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for providing communications support the business as part of the Corporate Communications team. This will include the management of multiple projects with key stakeholders to produce a variety of internal and external deliverables in the full communications and marketing mix.

My client is a large B2B business with over 15,000 employees globally. Through growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join a highly successful and forward thinking team as a new Corporate Communications Executive.


The Corporate Communications Executive will be responsible for the following tasks within the role: * Manage the writing, design, printing and delivery of internal and external company literature and materials, including newsletters, brochures, presentations, posters and banners. * Development of press releases, internal and external news stories and case studies. * Compose and send updates on the company's social media channels. * Identify opportunities to raise the company's social media profile. * Create website news content * Monitor website content and keep up to date * Liaison with web developer as required * Involvement in the production of new websites * Identify and manage photographic opportunities * Liaison with stakeholders and photographers to arrange photo shoots * Support for videography * Collation and management of images * Assist with planning and delivery of internal staff and leadership events and conferences * Supporting stakeholders with key events * Manage the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns * Ensure all materials are consistent and align with the brand guidelines.


The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes: * Experience in a similar role and educated to degree, or similar level. * Excellent written English (grammar, spelling and punctuation). * IT skills (Microsoft Office) * Experience in working in a communications or marketing department * Experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign) * Experience with online content management systems. * Confident communicator * Well organised and ability to work on multiple projects at one time * Ability to build strong relationships * Excellent team player * Proactive 'Can do' attitude * Ability to meet agreed deadlines * Flexibility towards some UK travel

Job Offer

The Corporate Communications role is paying between £25,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience) + other added benefits.
