The purpose of the role is to manage customer / audience engagement via digital media, both internally and externally; as well as producing relevant and meaningful content that can be used across multiple channels.

A global consultancy business based in Teddington.


As the Digital Content Manager you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, management & improvement of the corporate websites, mobile apps & other digital communications tolls for the largest audience groups. You will also: - Own and develop the vision for digital services - Champion a user-focused culture - Ensure all audience have excellent digital experience - Lead the mobile app experience for staff and re-write content of the organisation's web content - Manage a small team of 2 - Create & source content that drives engagement - Build relevant & meaningful traffic through external and digital channels - Implement the social media strategy - Produce copy and ensure digital media channels & content are delivering key messages.


The successful Digital Content Manager will have: - A proven track record of working within digital marketing, as well as relevant qualifications - A track record of producing high quality original content - The ability to develop digital platforms - A track record of working within a complex stakeholder environment - HTML / CSS experience.

Job Offer

The Digital Content Manager will receive up to £45,000 per annum plus corporate benefits.
