Your new company My client are an exciting manufacturer of alternative food products. Going from strength to strength over the last 10 years, they are now manufacturing their additive-free and natural products for sale in over 600 retail stockists across the UK. Since launching their eCommerce platform they have a strong online presence and sell/ship direct to customers. Keen to enter the next phase of company growth, we are partnering with this passionate brand to recruit for the job of Sales & Marketing Manager Your new role As the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving sales through online & offline channels. This brand stocks it's products across a range of retailers UK-wide, which you will manage relationships with to increase in-store sales. You will also develop and execute the UK Marketing plan with heavy emphasis on customer attraction and conversation via digital channels; content marketing, social media, website management and user experience. You will utilise your hands-on abilities to guide the Digital Marketing Executive in attracting new customers, and work at a strategic level to review key metrics across the SEO and PPC strategies (with agencies) to increase attraction and conversions. You will drive sales through product launches, trade marketing, digital attraction and ecommerce, managing the sales and distribution network as well as internal customer success colleagues to ensure a succinct end-to-end customer journey. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced marketer with a background in FMCG or consumer-facing B2C organisations able to attract and convert customers. You will have a strong sales understanding in order to drive key account success, and will have a broad knowledge across a range of marketing channels in order to grow the company's marketing activities: PR, Content, Email marketing, Social Media, Web Management, UX & Customer journey, POS & Marketing assets - as well as SEO and PPC. You will have worked with ecommerce platforms before, and will be familiar with tools including Google Analytics. You will understand and have experienced working with a smaller brand in order to demonstrate and facilitate growth for the company, and will have team management responsibilities. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of between £40000 - £45000 and have the opportunity to work in a broad hands-on and strategic role, where you can create the plan and roll your sleeves up to ensure succinct implementation.
