Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities: * Work with the Marketing and Comms Director to plan and execute and event framework and consistently deliver measurable sales driving initiatives to achieve YoY growth and learning's. * Set clear KPI's. Deliver frequent marketing effectiveness reports, to include learning's and recommendations to the Marketing and Comms Director. * Work closely with the Partnerships team to ensure your team maximise partner opportunities and adequately support events. * Assist the Marketing and Communications Director in developing a framework for driving sales. Your Profile: * Previous relevant marketing experience including proven success delivering measurable and effective marketing campaigns * Strategic yet hands on management skills * Strong BTL/CRM understanding in conjunction with fantastic digital experience.
