The is an excellent assistant brand management opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for new ideas, innovation and brands; as you will sit with in a team that identifies new segments and products for future roll outs at both a local and global level.

Description

The Assistant Brand Manager's key areas of responsibility are as follows: Support in the identification of UKI growth space opportunities and opportunities to address growth Support the development of the growth plans delivering the ambition for the Incubator. Help to inspire the wider organisation to execute the growth opportunities with excellence. Support the development and execution of the full marketing mix Support the leadership of multi-functional teams to build and execute the growth opportunities. Support the creation of all brand touchpoints, communications and innovations across all media touch-points. Responsible for brand performance Identify the consumer KPI's needed to monitor all growth opportunities for test and learn for future roll out. Work cross-functionally with the sales and finance teams to effectively manage the portfolio performance, marketing and trade investments Collaboration Establish strong ways of working within the wider UKI team, working closely with Channels, Market Strategy, Sales, R&I and Quality.

Profile

The candidate that secures this position will bring the following skills and attributes: Proven track record in FMCG brand marketing, innovation, NPD. Capability to lead projects and people effectively. Ability to influence others to get ideas and projects on the agenda of others. Resourceful and creative approach to getting things done. Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills. Ability to challenge the status quo. A team player that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organisation. Can work with central marketing teams in a way that balances the global brand initiatives with the local brand needs Proactively networks with others to share learnings and best practices. Very strong written (in PowerPoint) and verbal communication skills. Bring clarity out of complexity. Can formulate a compelling strategic vision for the brand and rally the organisation around it.
