This role is a great opportunity to work for a leading Beauty brand. You will be part of a lean Product team with lots of autonomy and agility to research and propose new product ideas.

Client Details

The client is a leading and well known global beauty brand. Their have highly sort after products and the brand is instantly recognisable. They have a main office in London and you will have direct access to the CMO.


The role of Global Product Manager will include the following responsibilities: Analysing competitor and category information Look at competitor strategy, product range and pricing Match research to consumer trends and make recommendations off the back of this Define new product proposition (including claims, pricing and market positioning) Manage the end to end product development process Lead on packaging development and artwork process Brief external agencies on campaign requirements and ensure it is delivered on time Lead creation of global marketing tool-kits and assist local markets in their campaign development Oversee development on digital marketing plans and ensure each launch is rolled out optimally across various platforms


The ideal candidate for the Global Product Manager position will possess the following experience: Experience in either a Brand Manager or Product Manager position within the Beauty or high end Fashion industry Strong creative and numerical skills, with a clear and reasoned approach to analysis and recommendations Sound understanding of beauty consumer trends Able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines simultaneously Can operate comfortably in an agile and autonomous environment Digital and Social media Savvy
