Our client based in East London are looking for a professional preferably with Consultative Sales, and an element of Marketing experience, to manage all aspects of developing business and driving our clients revenue in the UK. A focus will be to the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100, as well as regional companies with presence/exposure to the region. This role will build on existing client business and leads whilst also discovering new revenue paths and have autonomy to make the role their own. A supportive UK and global team, including marketing experts, will help ensure a strategic, effective and successful position. Responsibilities: Manage key accounts in the region, developing and maintaining business relationships whilst ensuring complete client satisfaction. Develop and manage effective meetings and conduct outbound calls providing our marketing package to prospective clients. Coordinate all marketing activities, including mailings, in-line with regional marketing plans to generate business leads and conduct Conduct market research and monitor competitor marketing, services & sales activities Prepare periodic sales report and Analyse sales performances to determine effectiveness Develop new business avenues and regular liaison with sponsorship partners Organise certain Anti-Corruption Summits in the region as well as organizing to participate in industry trade shows, both as an attendee and presenter; Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, media and journalists. Desired Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably Law, Compliance and Ethics background professional will be preferred. 2+ years' experience in sales/business development with marketing methods exposure. Experience in consultative selling and in the 'Big 4' companies will be an added advantage. Excellent negotiation skills Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills Working hours, patterns and environment This role will be primarily office based working a Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. However, due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required to accommodate work requirements outside and around the core days and hours. Travel to meetings, attending events, visiting organisations and clients may be required and are to be considered part of this role. Occasionally, there might be a requirement to travel or work overseas, although this is likely to be only for short periods.
