SEO Manager £28,000 - £33,000 per annum North Oxfordshire Full-time, permanent A successful brand in the online DIY retail space is currently looking for a mid-level SEO Manager to join their growing team. The brand is a purely ecommerce-based business with a focus on the rapidly expanding DIY/building materials market. Working as part of a closely-knit and growing team, you will work closely alongside the PPC, social media and email marketing teams, you will be encouraged to develop your individual skills and grow with the business. You will report into the Digital Marketing Manager to further improve the organic search marketing strategy, outlining keyword targeting strategy, technical SEO analytics, on-page optimisation, and link-building strategy. You will also assist in analysing SEO performance metrics and their impact on KPIs, adjusting the SEO strategy where needed in a test and learn environment. About the role: * Staying up to date on new SEO strategies and trends to implement new approaches and strategies. * Developing a strong understanding of Google's Webmaster guidelines and other policies that impact the company's rankings. * Carrying out keyword research to suggest new, relevant and profitable keywords for organic search marketing. * Ability to perform optimisation for on-page content, meta-data and multimedia content across various products. * Capable of implementing a link building campaign to strengthen the brand's domain authority. * Analysing data with Moz, Google Analytics and more to understand user acquisition channels and behaviour. About you: * Demonstrated experience of SEO - can be from within a marketing agency or brand side. * A self-starter, looking to develop with a brand and play a key role in their SEO strategy. * Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. * Capable of managing your time effectively and meeting project deadlines. * You thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A proven team-worker who enjoys providing constructive input and responds to feedback positively.
