The role of the Marketing Manager will be based 5 days / week in Liverpool and include the following: * Working closely with our design team to produce marketing material * Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business priorities and develop a measurable marketing strategy for * Define success metrics and achieving KPIs; Oversee monitoring, tracking, reporting and analysis * Deliver programs to drive acquisition Create innovative and dynamic campaigns by leveraging proven tactics and data-driven results to achieve goals and maximise ROI * Manage workload and prioritize multiple request from various parts of the business * Support cross-sell campaign initiatives by driving strategy and leading execution efforts with a variety of stakeholders across the business * Activate the broader sales force with campaign support to drive revenue * Develop CRM and marketing automation expertise * Continuously learn about the markets served, competitive landscapes, key influences on the business and customer requirements * Mentoring and inspiring marketing executives


To be successful as the Marketing Manager, you should ideally have a marketing, business or equivalent degree/diploma with at least 5 years previous experience as well as the following: * Solid experience of working in b2b environment with ability to learn quickly and continuously. Experience developing and executing against a regional marketing strategy * Exceptional writer with ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling stories for the marketplace; excellent verbal and presentation skills * Track record of results, including establishing and executing on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment * Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritise work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork, collaboration and organisational skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders and advocate for the customer * Ability to manage to budgets and to right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints * Entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn * Experience with supporting global sales organisations
