An amazing opportunity to join a global firm with a reputation for delivering excellence in all that they do has arisen to join the Middle East business development team, as the Client Relationship Manager for the Middle East, based in Dubai. Key deliverables of the role will include: * Tailoring and maintaining the Middle East Client Relationship Management Programme in collaboration with the Middle East partners and business development colleagues. * Sharing and encouraging global best practice in client relationship management including the production of client- related business analysis such as: client strategy, client structures, revenue and profitability (including gap analysis), relationship mapping, market share, competitor activity, developments in the client's markets and client needs analysis. * Developing a client listening approach for the Middle East priority clients and carrying out client listening activities. * Working with the Events and CRM coordinator to deliver the client event and training programme. You will be a graduate (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Law, Commerce, Social Science/Marketing and/or such and have experience in designing, implementing and/or managing priority account and/or industry programmes within professional services, banking/financial services or consulting firms. You will be self-motivated and able to prioritise whilst working under pressure, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders with accomplished communication skills. You'll have excellent attention to detail and strong business analysis and research experience. You will be have a strong client-centric focus - a curious strategic thinker.
