My client, a successful consumer healthcare brand in Lancashire is recruiting a Assistant Product Manager to join their Product team. If you have experience of product launches and coordinating projects within a product/marketing role, ideally within a healthcare or consumer product sector then please get in touch! Key Duties: Design targeted marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions to existing and potential customers, in line with the Business Plan utilising all media forms, working closely with marketing colleagues Build excellent relationships with the UK sales team to provide the best support and guidance, in relation to product information, training and asset production and distribution Forecast, plan and manage product portfolio. Willingness and ability to become the go to person for product information and knowledge within your portfolio Market research and maintain up-to-date databases on competitor product alignments, pricing and product / service solutions, communicating new developments to all relevant departments Support the tender process and ensure the Contracts Manager has up-to-date information on new product and service solutions Drive positive impact through measurement and tracking of key product performance. Co-ordinate presence at National and Regional Exhibitions, including stand design, customer engagement and all other supporting promotional activities Support in managing the Marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is effectively and efficiently utilised and remains within budget Establish close communication with colleagues around the world, to share knowledge and best practice and ensure customer requirements are met and optimum levels of support are achieved for new product developments Work closely with the Product Manager, market access manager and clinical colleagues to ensure all product and service developments are in line with and promoting the latest best practice and relevance of materials Update the website regularly and maintain the Online Training Tool Database for product portfolio Regularly report on marketing projects Skills Required: Educated to degree level (Business/Marketing) You must be working in a similar product/marketing role within fmcg (consumer products) or healthcare sector Experience of product launches and coordinating projects is essential Excellent project management skills Strong communication skills in all forms (including presentation skills) Excellent networking skills Able to work away from home, some international travel Holds a full driving licence Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Company Package: Salary up to £35k + Company Car + 15% Bonus 37 hour week (can be flexible 8-4.30pm) 25 days+ 8 bank holidays Pension Healthcare scheme Car Park
