We're excited for this boutique creative agency who are creating a brand new role for a Business Director, to work with the directors and help define and shape their new business strategy, as well as help to farm new opportunities within their existing client base.

The primary role for the Business Director is growth! Continuing to grow this agency's reputation for simple, effective design and excellent client servicing too. Looking at new business opportunities in their sectors and take advantage of the sales opportunities within their existing client base which is beautifully broad but precise too. From corporate communications and information design (they are masters at making the complex simple), to consumer and fmcg brands within the drinks market, brewing, tea, coffee, as well as household brands. Branding, identity, comms, campaigns, to packaging design, service and information design.

You might be an Account Director hungry for a step up, but with proven experience in business development and client growth. Or you might already be a New Business or Commercial Director in another creative or marketing agency? Experience in an agency is essential though as this is what they do.

A strategic thinker, a commercial thinker, you will be able to go deep into a clients' business and look at growth opportunities to bring back to the agency. You can write a brilliant pitch and present this seamlessly and influentially and knowledgeably to the client! Gain respect and understanding too is what this is all about in this senior management role.

The opportunity here for the Business Director is to become an integral part of this agency, take a senior management role and by effectively aiding their growth and profits, you'll be rewarded financially as a result! They want you to take the reins here but will set you up for financial success!
