The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer retention and new business through effective development and delivery of Digital Marketing strategy.

Our client is a fast-growing fitness business with a number of sites across the UK.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new business and retention through effective delivery of Digital Marketing campaigns, using PPC and SEO. The successful candidate will develop and deliver the Marketing Calendar, building a strategy that ensures sales through peak seasonal periods, and periods that may otherwise be quieter, all the while remaining within budget. Working closely with Club Managers to understand their requirements, challenges, and provide an effective solution to deliver new revenue and retain customers. The Marketing Manager will also take on Offline Marketing responsibilities, ensuring there is brand consistency across all assets and across all sites, and assets are delivered and displayed as required. In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver events. This role is office based in Yate, near Bristol, with a requirement to travel across sites. This role is 40 hours, Monday to Friday.


The Marketing Manager will: * Have a proven track record in Digital Marketing * Will have a proven track record of successful use of SEO and PPC * Have budget management experience * Be accountable * Be a strong communicator * Be commercially aware * Have strong organisation skills * Have an interest in Health and Fitness

Job Offer

£24,000 - £26,000 + Free Gym Membership + Workplace Pension + 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
