Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has commercial acumen, great stakeholder management and vision to support the strategic goals for the business. The role here is to support the Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager in identifying, and on boarding new key commercial partnerships that deliver increased CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). Responsibilities will include * Supporting in bringing to market new products, in an MVP phased approach * Working with the digital and operational teams to ensure the product requirements are captured. * Ensuring key initiatives are appropriately supported in terms of channel/ business/ marketing execution * Researching customer & market behaviour, constantly examining data & insights to know more to enhance your road map discussions * Exploring and delivering external opportunities aligned to the business long term objectives * Identify potential new acquisition channels to support our growth

Profile

The ideal candidate will be bright, commercially focused marketer with a growth mind-set. Working within a B2C environment, you will enjoy working with ambiguity as the second hire into a newly-created department. There will be tonnes of opportunities for the business - the key will be identifying the best ones supporting them with commercial justification. Absolutely pivotal is an understanding of Customer Value proposition and how to launch a new partnership/product into the market.
