Your new company Your new company is a global ship management company that supply ship management and related marine services to the global shipping industry. They are looking for a Bid Manager to join their growing business development team. This organisation is based in an excellent location in Central London and is serviced by efficient transport links. Your new role This is a fantastic job as a Bid Manager where you will lead a busy and fast-paced bid team, overseeing the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring that all bid responses are of exceptional quality and submitted within client timescales. Working with the bid team, marketing and key internal stakeholders across the business to define strategy for each bid. You will be managing, coaching and developing the bid team (across multiple geographies) to ensure that the team is highly engaged and performing effectively. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this job, it is essential that you can demonstrate solid experience as a Bid Manager ideally in an industry with management of assets. A team leader who can drive a team. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and willing to adapt quickly to the company's culture and way of working. What you'll get in return You will be paid a salary up to £60,000- £70,000 with an excellent benefits package.
