Your new role The role is responsible for developing brand activities in the UK by formulating and delivering plans to support our branch objectives . As a critical part of the marketing leadership team for the branch, the role will work closely with the wider marketing team across activities to ensure all campaigns align to our strategy, brand, budget and timings requirements. This role requires a 'Brand Champion', someone passionate about our brand, values and culture, someone who will lead by example and will ensure growing the brand is at the heart of everything they do. Key Accountabilities: * Developing and delivering our UK brand activities * Drive creativity across brand and marketing activity for the UK brand * Ensuring plans and outputs are effective and measurable across all key stakeholders * Multi-channel brand and marketing communications * Drive brand reputation, consideration, co-worker engagement * Support commercial marketing What you'll need to succeed * Brand knowledge Governance, oversight and controls Agency management:Uphold a best practice approach to agency management, balancing relationship development with performance and value for money. * Team Management: Direct management and personal development of a Brand Executive * Innovation & creativity: Be inquisitive and knowledgeable about brand activity inside and outside of our industry (awareness).
