CRM Marketing Manager
They are looking for a strong communicator who has the ability to influence across all levels, in order to drive forward new initiatives which, deliver more engaging and relevant marketing across all channels. The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and technical knowledge of data management, together with creative flair to deliver communications which drive loyalty to the brand. Working in their small, fast paced environment, this role requires you to work closely with the wider marketing team and partner cross-functionally with Design, Ecommerce, Finance and Merchandising teams to implement trade driving campaigns. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities * With support from the Head of Marketing, define and drive forward initiatives including the customer retention strategy, customer research, development of the customer loyalty programmes wand life cycle strategy. * Develop and execute the business's communications plan. End to end management of email communication execution including segmentation, briefing creative and building email through EPS. * Working closely with internal copy writers and designers as well as external partners and suppliers to deliver engaging and relevant content. * Champion a data-driven approach to CRM planning; work collaboratively with wider Marketing, E-comm and the finance team to share learnings and benchmark performance. Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience * Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing CRM Marketing in a retail business. * An experienced user of ESP, competent with the principles of segmentation and building emails. * A good understanding of data flow in a retail business.
