You will be the lead on Internal Communications for a central London charity, creating and implementing campaigns that engage staff and other internal stakeholders.

Client Details

An independent parliamentary body located in central London, they monitor the spending of government departments, agencies and other public bodies.


You will be the lead on important internal communications for the organisation, managing business critical projects aimed to engage staff and other internal stakeholders. This will include: * Managing the internal communications calendar * Developing staff engagement plans * Tracking campaign success and evaluating the internal communications activity * Building relationships with internal clients and stakeholders and utilise them for good news stories * Updating and developing intranet content * Advising colleagues on internal communications and engagement queries * Managing and developing junior staff members


You will be an ambitious and organised senior internal communications professional who works in the public sector. Your experience will include: * Working at either Senior Manager or Head of level in an internal communications role, preferably in a public sector organisation * Managing internal communications campaigns and strategies * Developing content that is engaging for staff, preferably in multi-site organisations * Maintaining internal intranets and content * Working effectively with staff and other senior stakeholders

Job Offer

Our client is offering a salary ranging £55,375-£67016 per annum, depending on experience. As well as flexible working, season ticket loan, civil service pension and many other benefits.
