Customer Marketing Manager - Co-Branded Credit Cards
We're in the process of supporting a superb challenger brand in the credit card space, who specialise in running cards for retailers, including some of the UKs's best known high street and ecommerce brands. Over the last 4 years, the business has grown from 50 to 300 staff and they have huge ambitions to continue to grow, with the plan being to IPO in the next 2-3 years. This role sits in their customer marketing team and is responsible for delivering campaigns on behalf of the retailers. Working hand in hand with their partners, you'll build sophisticated retention marketing strategies, developing brand loyalty and stimulating spend. We're seeking candidates with expertise in D2C marketing communications. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in CRM and ideally some experience in a regulated environment - however the key factor of success is far more about approach and attitude. Because of the business' challenger feel, the company are looking to recruit someone with a great positive attitude, ability to work at pace and capacity to adapt to frequent change.
